_____ Here's a photo that would drive French policemen or any other cops from the western world absolutely mad ! And yet, this is a usual sight in India, where the long distances between villages and cities and the poor income of most people entail such a peculiar though funny way of travelling or going about.
______And also, for the Westerner, the smiles of this extraordinary and courageous people is such a lesson of life !

Est-ce l'entreprise Tata ou une autre locale qui fabrique des véhicules avec de telles suspensions !!! Il y a bien plus de 20 personnes à bord ! On n'ose pas penser aux accidents...en tout cas, ces passagers n'y songent guère et, comme tu le soulignes si bien, ils ont un sourire qui fait envie. Quand je pense à tous ces gens qui ne manquent de rien, chez nous, et qui vont avec un masque de chien prêts manifestement à mordre autrui. Quelle belle leçon et quelle belle photo....ah ! si ce n'était pas si loin !
Ce qui "crève l'écran" ici, ce sont les couleurs et les sourires! Malgré la pauvreté, ces personnes présentent une vue optimiste de la vie, et les couleurs qui tranchent sur l'environnement créent un soleil intérieur à l'image! Une magnifique image, Jean-Luc, merci de la partager avec nous!

J'ai une élève qui est allée en Thaïlande et qui a eu la gentillesse de nous faire un exposé. Ce qui l'avait le plus marqué était la pauvreté des gens et le sourire qu'ils gardaient malgré tout. Ta photo est plus qu'une excellente photo: c'est une leçon de vie. J'aime beaucoup leurs tenues colorées Du grand KarmaSong 😃

it is unbelievable how many people they can get on a motor bike. I have seen photos before and witnessed in the Philippines of children being transported to school.
