We found an open air room (smile) with tables and benches for a picnic.

it was cold for the picknic but we had this view and planned an excursion following these trails on another day.

Das ist ja ein grĂartiger Picknickplatz. Wenn ich mir vorstelle, auf was fĂŒr schmalen Wegen man sich hier bewegt, ist das beeindruckend. Was mir an deinem bild besonders gut gefĂ€llt, ist die geheimnoisvolle Wolke, die sich da von hinter den Bergen in die Szene schiebt. Toll Rita

From the openness and vastness of this place, you've composed a very interesting photo. My eye follows the road and I find myself trying to imagine what kind of carts must have used this ancient way.

The more I look at your superb photos, the more I find this part of Norway looks almost identical to the Scottish highlands .
