Description
352nd Special Operation Wing CV-22 Osprey at Duxford at their last Air Festival (2017). It flew in families to enjoy the day.. Well, saves driving huh?
Mortals such as you or I could clamber all over it if we wanted but only a few at a time.. Wonder why lol
This is turning into a regular event now at shows here!

beautiful !!!!
Thanks for the pic Rob. This is an amazing machine...that's had lots of growing pains. I'm surprised at families getting to fly...must be a sign of high confidence and they must have signed all sorts of waivers.
Ha! A propeller powered Harrier! This is SO cool! It took me a few seconds to figure it out, but, wow! Keep up the good work finding unusual configurations! :-)
My rat-ing - 6 happy rats!
I'm with Bill. Great pov.
Great capture of that unique bird. Looks like something Batman would fly. And I thought those cool craft were only the property of the US Marine Corps.
Here ya go mate.....CLICK HERE!
just so wicked and cool
I would love to walk around in it and to ride in it would be the "cat's meow"
"Because we can" is the motto of the vertical rising society and it's various machines.
