Great iconic statue
I was There! When I Was about 10 With my Relatives Who were to Cheap to let us go in!
There was a Paul Bunyan and his Blue Ox on a cliff just South of Alpena, Michigan. This was in addition to Domkees which was dinosaurs of concrete, (you could go up in the brontosaurus.) in the trees. We always stopped sometimes to drink from a picnic jug and sometimes to take a picture or just look out at Lake Huron. This one looks dinky compared to the "REAL" one. Remember I was little when I saw the one South of my paternal grandfather's. I'm really getting into your Northern California pictures.
it is in Northern California on highway 101
Seen one as a young kid. South Dakota I think?
Amazing statue, nice capture, Richard!
