Description
it is mechanically sound and is driven to a lot to car shows.
the rust is sealed as to not continue ruining the body
Radar_rad-dude guessed correctly except for the year. I guess correctly when I seen it, because I almost had a two door hardtop 58 Plymouth, as I might have mentioned before

It's just my opinion (and I must declare here and now that I am not a fan of rat rods etc!!!), but I think it would be infinitely nicer with a fresh paint job. Just saying!
I agree 100%
very cool
Cool, great capture!
Sweet capture and ride!
I had to stop and give the whole rat rod thing some thought. Agree with you...in my book, this car would look so much better with a fine paint job and a return to show room condition. But...like to see what's going on in this field. Thanks!
Well there she is in all her resplendent glory! I recognized her by her fins in the previous hint and did a image search on google. This was fun trying to figure out her heritage.
Somehow, that surface seems to suit this old classic. It almost looks like camouflage. Cool find and wonderful photo, Richard.
A paint job and this rod be second to none! Sweet ride!!
Great shot Richard, but by Arizona standards, this car is too new and not enough modified to qualify to be a genuine rat rod. But I suspect this car is owned by a white guy, not a Chicano, and the whole rat rod culture evolved among Chicanos in Southern California as a counter-culture thing to rich white boys hot rods.
Very nice old car ! It sure was very nice car in 1958 !
with one new color it would not look interesting enough, so I would give it a new paint in the same color tones like now 😁
Very beautiful!
Fantastic my friend. Ready for restoration. !!!
An interesting find, to be sure!
A fascinating car
Amazing looking car and so nice to know the rust is sealed.
It really adds character !
