I love the intersection of lily pads and surface tension and light. It has a thick, viscous look. Delightful!
Stunning shot - truly beautiful
Delicate and lovely.
top job and a moody leaf impression 😃
Beautiful shot Andrea! My pond is covered by millions of those little green leafy floating plants that spread and spread! I'm trying to train the tadpoles to eat it! Not going well!
Nice.
Wonderful capture Andrea. God bless.
Nice shot
A fabulous image. I like the abstracted reflections and colors around the lily pad and especially the distorted swirl on the pad itself.
This looks like a closeup of the flickr version. It's most striking, both ways. Here, you have the water surrounding, and it's luminous and all melded between reflections and whatever's in the water. The pad looks like a food-shell made of some kind of red meat, and the liquid swirling into the middle looks like a touch added to a special dessert. It's edible-looking. Beautiful closeup, and so much texture. Full size this is a joy!
