It looks Fine at 100% but when I bring it up to 300% I detect a Little Fuzz if it is Iray have you tried to set the render settings for Progress Min Update samples Higher and Update interval (sec) Lower then there are Min samples and max samples also Rendering Quality. For 3delight there are other settings I haven't used them in years. P.S it also Helps to clean your Screen or Glasses once in awhile.
