"A weird and surreal character study of the mad harlequin Hailee." Creation Date: March 12, 2017 Software Tools: Poser 11 Pro, Photoshop CS6 Notes: This began as a rejected, unpublished promotional artwork for my Hailee character back in 2015. I recently (end of 2016) revisited the scene and started trying to turn it into a new, full artwork. It was a long process as, like when I tried making it a promo image, it never seemed to turn out right. Finally, in March 2017, I figured out the way I wanted the scene to go and finally created my artwork. I think this may be the longest production time ever on one of my artworks until I go back and try to finish some scenes I left unfinished in 2009. 🙂 I love the red, black, and gold color scheme which was inspired by her outfit textures and the posing/perspective is unlike anything I’ve done before.
