This is done in Poser 11 Pro, with almost no post work other than dropping in a photographic sky. I am not a spokesperson for 3-d-c, but I love his models. I had just purchased his "Outside World" parts 3 and 5. It was time to take them out for a spin. These "worlds" are huge and loaded with individual models. Before this becomes a review of his modeling ability, I'll get back to my image. Although I love the El Camino model, I needed it to look post apocalyptic. So I rusted it out, took a grate from an air conditioner to put over its windshield, and popped some roofing tin over the side windows. It is populated with Michael 4, Vanishing Point's Vincent Parker, and a reduced resolution V3. The machine guns on the hood are actually under wing guns from a WWII plane flipped upside down, and re-scaled. BTW, the landscaping is nothing like the scenes included with the Outside Worlds packages. I got the train in its dilapidated condition from DAZ.
