Description
Giselle is ready for a vacation. Somewhere sunny and warm with lots of sand and maybe a large body of water to dip her toes into is at the top of her list. Clothes would be optional or at least minimal - definitely no wool. If she starts to feel a bit cheerful, she might even throw a birthday party for the March Artists. Even if she doesn’t, I hope they all have a fantastic day!
Still clearing up the dribs and drabs of moving. We had Caitlin all last week because she had an ear infection so “down-time” went out the window. Maybe later this week???

Thank you for including me in your birthday list---I sit with wonderful artists! This really captures the sense of winter seclusion, and the need to go somewhere warm and relaxed, as you suggest. You have an almost 19th C feeling here, like a character from a 19th C novel. The woman is in shadow, but the light on her is silvery and beautiful. And she's surrounded by the intimate, cloistered room she probably spent more time in, during the winter, than she wanted. A very private feeling, very intimate; and a woman who needs to get out into the spring. Perfect for the coming spring. Congratulations on your move---I saw your home in your upload, and I wish you all the best with it. I know settling in is as long a process as packing is; and I wish you a lot of joy with it, and with your new place. Hope all are well (incl Caitlin), and thanks again for the dedi, Teri!
Yeah, I agree with Giselle. February has been pure WTF weather-wise. Sixty-plus degrees for a few days, then rain and snow. And no heat except for my puny heater. :( Maybe March will be more stable. Or maybe not.

Great lighting and texturing in this one, especially on the garments. Not sure what's behind the gal, though. It looks like a cabinet but could also be a rather tall bed. Well, maybe both. :)
