Captured 3/7/07, at the semi beautiful El Dorado Nature Center in beautiful Long Beach, California.
It smelled just as dry as it looks.

the original's a study in detail and tangle, another of your branch shots with real music in them. And lots of light too. Your fractilius treatment (the only filter name I know that would fit, though you might've used any number of other treatments) makes an undulant snaking and sensual version of the top image. Where the background has more fluidity---in fact, everything has more fluidity. A fine piece of work with your original. It's less sharp and more sensual. A flowing rich variation.
