Jacomina loved this the best of the two. I love this, though it's a completely different image (in feel--I realize it's the same image). There is so much going on in the original, it doesn't need postwork per se; but when we see your postwork here---rippling the lines, making colonies and blurbs and painterly effects---you've really made it into a completely new image. The 'axis' is still here, but the intensity of everything around it makes it less dominant. Vivid, undulant work.
