Very sweet and pleasing shot, the composition draws us back on a diagonal, and the blues against the greens and browns are peaceful and gentle. We can see blues even in the trees, and on the lamp/pole pedestal...And stark white in the sky, with the city in the background...An enclosed space, a beautiful little place. And it's always a shock to see so much green in a winter scene! Very gentle and fine shot, Harry.

(And you can conjure whatever you want to, with my abstracts! You always see a lot in them!)

Hehe!!! Or just get one of them leaf blowers.... It certainly is a semi-permanent job raking leaves during fall!

and when you are ready with the leafs you can start at the beginning because there are new leafs! Cool capture to remember us of work in autum lol 😁

Where's your snow? Ours are intermittently covered under a white blanket. It seems the last 20% of leaves hung in there this year waiting until all the other leaves had been raked and discarded before deciding to take the plunge themselves. The sycamore out front still has a few bitterly cold clingers too. Wonderful shot Harry. It still looks to be warmer there than here.

it never ever snows here, not cold enough. We're just a little above sea level in my little city in Southern California and close to the ocean. In fact, it's mostly summer and warm throughout the year and rarely rains.

YUP! hubby has a leaf blower. He blows it all away from the backyard and within a few days, the wind has blown it all back again. Why, oh why wont he use the bag and put it in the bin? Maybe he adores using the leafblower? :-O
