Bizarrely the first image that came to my mind is the final scene (shot in Italia on the edge of the lake of Côme) of a Star Wars or Luc gives the hand to Leia, but it was in a very distant galaxy or cats and dogs do not exist. Excellent work Dee !

LOL. They look perfectly cozy together! When Ed mentioned Star Wars, this then reminded me of where Anakin and Padme wed. Except they didn't have these cool strung lights. I love those! But I would settle for a light saber. Beautiful scene, Dee!

another delight from you. Yes, that's how dogs are. (At least with cats they get along with.) Isn't it amazing how a big loud dog can be utterly frozen by a small cat? Here, the dog is happy to be the cat's divan. Love the coloration on the dog, and the cat too, with its rust-red patches. And a very dappled setting, with this portico mostly in shadow, with dabs of bright sunlight coming in. Pink flowers on top, with lights---from some of your images, one gets the feeling you must live in absolute beauty! Big ocean out there, beautiful hills...A very quiet, intimate moment, looking out over nature's beauty. And sweet light blue against the horizon, too. A lazy afternoon image, very inviting and restful...
