Description
The zubarra (an oldie available from DAZ) reminded me quite a bit of a cross between Roger Dean's and Gerald Scarfe's respective styles. So I thought I'd try to apply some of my postwork know-how to a render featuring the monster.
Postwork (and lots of it) in GIMP.
Enjoy!

Fantastic Work,
Magnificent job!
Great post work to make a truly unique render. A fine job.
This is awesome! Not only the filterwork, but also the perspective and picture detail! This looks like a screenshot of some animated movie... one that I would love to watch! Gimme more!
PS: whenever I tried to come up with an artstyle like this, it ended up looking totally crap. I do envy you for achieving the looks of this! :)
