Description
This is why Miss Meadow was stiff last night, she does not realise she is nearly 14. The girls had a lovely walk & hunted their little socks off.
She is always first at the door for a walk & we do keep our eye on her but now & again she does go a bit too far. I do give her a supplement for her joints but because she was a bit stiff last night I gave her a pain killer that I keep in. It was swimming for her today instead of a walk.
I think her walks & having a little hunt is what keeps her going & who am I to stop her as long as I keep an eye on her.

Oh Boy it seems from ten and beyond is a sign of old age for our furry ones.
Guessing her swimming helps ease the aches and pains although she may not agree.--- Yet !
Looks like all the girls were enjoying their outdoor activity here.
