Terrific capture, composed so complex-ly, with angles abounding, and the jutting 'arm' of the hydrant crossing those angles wonderfully. Love the light too, how the yellow of the hydrant just radiates in the sun: 9 a.m.---LA gets really intense light at that hour! And the play of the wet pavements against the hydrant's lines are beautifully seen too. The sight of this hydrant with all those chains on it---love it! And all those contrasting angles---even the top, with the sidewalk moving up and out of the frame, had fine angles. The concrete has a slight pinkish tint, which I really like...Very active, exciting piece; and the capture of that crazy hydrant with the chains all over it is a real photographic find. Terrific work, Harry!
