and now, your variation---yes it's twilight zone-ish, with those bright molded surfaces, and jaundiced yellows, and the roughed up concrete---either that or you brought out the roughness that was already there: It has an end of days feel to it (either that, or what one might see after 14 tequilas) (I did 6 once...and it's amazing I'm still alive). On the other hand, it could be textile, or sofa fabric---how's that for an unpoetic response! It looks like some textile that hung in an old mansion. Must be zoomed! More fine playing around from you, Mike.
(Btw, I really appreciated your comment on, and just reading, that long piece I posted sunday. I was trying to express my thanks, but RR took away the "preview" function allowing us to edit our upload texts, so I never edited it right. What I wanted to say was, it was so long, and had 3 pieces packed into it, and I felt peculiar that people had to read all that on an art site; esp as it was unedited and pasted together at the last minute. So I'm very appreciative that you read it, and gave me a funny comment, and that you liked it on top of it all. I just didn't say it very well. When I posted it, I hoped my readers didn't come at me with pitchforks and torches...some of my writing becomes a free for all, and when I'm done, I think: I can't post this. You don't know what I go through. I gotta learn to write a straight story one of these days...Anyway, thank you.)
