I so fully agree with you! Snuggle up in a warm blanket with a good book that one might or might not read and just look into the flames
That is amazing, could do with sitting by that now as very cold.
The ancients thought fire was alive. When you can see faces and animals in the flames its easy to believe it. Break out the marshmallows.
you really cant beat a real fire on a cold night shame in some ways we only have gas central heating , still no fire to clean out on a cold morning before you can relite it
This is a very beautiful!
We just invested in a electric fireplace and it is so relaxing to sit and watch the flames dance though the imitation logs.
It really is a good way to lesson the stress of a bad hair day.
