Yep, we all have these personal demons we live with. I find it helps if you are on a first name basis. Its hard to get too bothered by a demon once you personify him/her/it. Its like the yappy dog next door or the friend that still somewhat lacking in social grace. You just roll your eyes, shake your head, and think to yourself. Harold (or whatever you chose to name him/her/it) is at it again.
