Follow on from previous image - Coffee Break
From being a young girl Katie Archer had always had a mischievous streak which hadn't diminished with age.
Her years in finance also meant that she liked to strike a good deal.....one way or another.
Lets face it.....getting a thousand bucks knocked off without Grenville knowing would buy another hand bag.
So when she asked Mr Fitzpatrick just what price and terms Mr Archer had agreed for the pool project old instincts kicked in.
Lets start with a little flirtatious teasing to test Mr Fitz's resolve not to drop the price.
Well that certainly got Fitzy's attention....and unexpectedly, Mrs Archer also started to think less about Gucci handbags.......
That's when Sean suddenly realised that the pool had not been tested, and as Mrs Archer had pointed out, it was the hottest day of the year.
