The omitted page would probably have slid in under the wire but better not to chance it. I do not understand male mentality even though I've lived with one for 46 years, dealt with 6 brothers and several nephews. This need to beat the crap out of each other for fun is beyond me. I had to laugh at Doc's response to seeing his younger self. I cringe at some of the old pictures of mine. Excellent, mind boggling stuff!
