Description
Another one of several variations I created of these tortured pretty flowers, the original captured sometime in 2006. I've done a multitude of them.
Helle should really like this.
ZOOM and feel the breeze.

Ooh! I like them at this speed. Great work with these lovely little daisies.
Fantastic image my friend... truly beautiful also !!!
OH Yes, I really like this wavy pattern of morphed daisies. And still it is very clear.... as far as my eye can see it ;-P
(I'm in September now, btw!) This isn't beautiful just for the elongation of the petals, and other distortions. It's beautiful for the creamy translucent treatment of the whites and yellows. With dabs of blue and peach-rust tones throughout. And beautiful shadows. You caught a slight translucence, the kind one sees in pearls: It glistens from within. And the elongation makes all these "curtains" from the flowers. A beautiful treatment, with many levels and beautiful flowing lines. With beautiful contrast of shade and light and that pearl-like translucence. Beautiful work on this, Harry.
Btw---last night (Saturday), the Chicago Cubs beat your city's great Dodgers, to go to the World Series for the first time since the 1940's. If you lived in Chicago for any length of time, you'd know that "the Cubs" have been synonymous with losing forever. They became a Chicago institution---the team that never makes it. (They came close a number of times, but they always blew it at the last minute.) So, there were a lot of Chicagoans who were gritting their teeth and squeezing their arm rests, as this post season went on. LA has a great team, but at long last, Chicago out-powered the whole freaking league; and when they won last night, I thought: Well, anything can happen now. Maybe the earth will come to an end. It was a legend here in chicago, and I never thought I'd live to see the day...(and they did it against Kershaw, who is awesome...)
