Great mood and composition!
I like the sepia tones and concept, but I'm trying to work out, what is behind her t-shirt covered arm, touching the ground - looks a knee to me.

Wonderful photo-manipulation. The photo is a gritty, beautiful street image. And you placed the objects and people very well. I love the woman's posture, she's hiding something for sure; and she's got a great hat and great hair, to add to her crouched position. And a mystery-woman in the background, leaving the scene. And a mysterious cat, who may or may not belong to anyone in the scene. I also love the bicycle there---who owns it, I wonder, and what does it have to do with the scene? Urban mysteries. With urban grit. Beautifully done, and the sepia suits it perfectly.
