Description
On Sunday 4th September an enormous structure representing the 17th century London skyline was set alight as it floated on the river Thames. Commemorating the 350th of the Great Fire of London, 1666, It was designed by artist David Best, in collaboration with Artichoke. Part of the London’s Burning Festival.

I saw an article on this in the local paper. Gives a whole new meaning to "urban renewal". On the plus side it did end the plague that year. Great shot.
