I don't know how she does it, but my niece wears heels like this all the time. I'd break my neck. My shoes had heels about an inch high and even those bothered me. They ended up on the floor when the dancin started and NOT on my feet!!

I have the same issue with heels...it is NOT pretty or sexy when I try to wear them. I can't stay vertical. :)
