Plastic Ocean Project
300 MILLION TONS! That’s how much plastic is created each year. And it’s only growing. Every year 8 million of those tons is finding its way into the oceans making marine life sick and dying. The most harmful type of waste is plastics - not only does it take up the most volume, but it never decomposes. PK Clean solves the problem of plastic waste entering landfills, by turning it into fuel. Banning the bag, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle helps, but sometimes feels like a fly slowing a locomotive. In the meantime, 500 million plastic straws continue to be produced each day and 1500 plastic water bottles are used every second in the US. It’s time to give plastic value.
POP and PK Clean are working together to develop the solution to plastic marine pollution. The photo here shows one vial of plastics and the amount of oil it can produce. Thats right, roughly 80% of landfill bound plastics that goes through this pyrolysis process can become a resource!
On a large scale, this depolymerization exudes no emissions, is self sufficient and returns energy on a 1 to 50 ratio!

Very nice and engaged render, Dee. The battle against the upper 10000 concrete brains is hard. Great idea to indicate somewhat like a jail window
Have you ever watched Brave New World? (or read it) The way consumerism is described is quite telling and descriptive, and highly destructive. Unfortunately, reason seems to go out the window when there is money to be made.

I love the image and appreciate the sentiment. I lived across the street from the ocean for 20 years. You cannot imagine the amount detritus and flotsam we cleaned up in that time. What ever happened to waxed paper straws?

Yes! We live in insane times! Greed rules the planet and everyone must pay! Excellent image! Bravo!
very funny character and I agree wholeheartedly . I do recycle everything I can. so many people go into a store for one little item and insist on a bag. they then walk out the door and throw it in the parking lot
