Is it the camera angle which gives the impression her pregnant belly is hanging a bit low? Otherwise, interesting.
I think this is the angle. The difficulty of this sequence consists in finding place for all and the various angles of camera in just one scene.
She's carrying low because she close to delivery.
Yep.......definitely looks like the lady is close to giving birth......excellent detail, whether intentional or not :)
By giving her the same hair than the old lady, I tried to present her as a previous time of her life
