Wonderful work, Lon, reminds me of some streets in NYC. Ha, to put a couple of hundreds of lights in a scene is a lot easier than you think. Just make one and move its pivot point, then copy a bunch in a radial shape, group them. Move the group's pivot point and now copy them in a vertical radius, so they form a 1/2 sphere and there goes your sky dome :-) The more you have, the better illumination you'll get /watch for the numbers, generating shadow maps is quite memory hungry/

Nice work. Something seems to be going on with the door. I think it's to small. Couldn't be a street in NYC. The textures are to clean. Maybe Canada though :) Overall another nice piece.

The fact that only one light was used makes this render amazing. It actually reminds me of some of the apartments in the greater Boston area. Excellent work.
