And the framing of the scene with that upper dark canopy---as if we're looking at this through a curtain. And you have sashes on each side (they actually look a like music manuscript); and you have them with each of the four flower groups. And a beautiful green parrot, and the two children created with your usual attention to every detail, incl those great socks and the similar details on their dresses. A very sunny, spring-like welcome to May. Absolutely delightful. I don't know how you create these day after day, you must have a fountain inside you!
