Description
This is not what I expected. When one envisions a tropical beach one thinks of sun and palms, at least I do. This is Playa Punta Mala on Peninsula Azuero, Southern Panama. It was cold, rainy and windy, and the seas were rough. Cold is relative at a latitude of 7,50 degrees North of the equator, probably about 80 F, but the wind driven rain felt cool. The few people that were there besides us, were sitting under a cabana and sipping drinks. I did not go into the water because I didn't know the currents and there were no lifeguards.

when I lived in Houston and I would go to Galveston the wind could be very chilly while Houston was hot and muggy .
I can handle cold, but not with a strong wind
