Social media is cool, so we don't have to talk to each other in real time and watch their expressions. Secure behind a curtain we have time to think about what we comment and lose spontaneity. Together alone ... Outstanding depiction!
I agree with your words, all these "friends" are usually only virtual entities ... but social networks allow to encounter people that we would have never met on the other side of the world.... Very clever symbolic image!
Excellent work. I dislike the pushiness of programmers. Solitaire and calculator are now 'aps' and seem to log you on to the net when you use them. My computer created a slideshow without my telling it to. The computer frequently seems to be doing things without my knowledge. There is no reason to be logged onto the net for every keystroke and every minor computation. Unless you travel a lot there is no need for the 'cloud'. People like Bill Gates seem to believe that your computer belongs to them and you are privileged to occasionally have some say in what it is doing. I do not mean him in particular, I simply use his name as an iconic symbol.
