The corruption in Spakkham-City is out of control,the mob and its alcolytes are drying the city ressources empty,The police commissioner and even the mayor are in the pockets of Don Modo Vokko,he is the kingpin in charge here.no fart in the district passes unheard or unsmelled for that matter without him knowing.
Leslie Wipes has had enough,he and his friends are taking things in their own hands to get their streets and hoods back,way to go buddies.
Now organised crime ain't that bad,better than chaos on the one hand right??At least in this part of town an old lady can walk the street tranquil,without a thug stealing her purse,on the other hand organised crime is a cancer that has to be eliminated,but then governements are the greatest thugs of all,so things go as they go always : down south. lol.
