The “North-East terraces” , is a district for the upper class citizens.Crime rate is low,prices are high,place looks utmost clean,people drive carefully respecting the spedlimits,no drugs on the streets -well it is not a city where liberal democrats are in power,but the reasonable citizen..good neighbourhood so to speak.

We used to live in the northeast side of Kansas City - it was known as 'Northeast Terrace Gardens.' Sounds like a high-class area, but it was anything but.... Glad we moved out of there - it's more like the "Northeast Ghetto" now. Not a day passes that someone doesn't get shot, stabbed, beaten half to death, etc...
