Description

Eating dragon's egg prolongs life greatly but there's a catch; you have to get away with it. This individual seems likely to live another two or three seconds as the mother looks as if she's not very pleased about the attempt to take one of her eggs. Another of my old images that ought to have been here from the beginning, created in 2005. Rendered in Bryce 5.01 at 3000x2000 pixels on a PowerMac G3 that ran at 400MHz, I had to leave it overnight as it took hours to render at that size. My current machine can render it in minutes as it's a relatively simple scene.
