Description
Tonight right after sunset... wonderful sky with Pearly Clouds.. (25 km in the sky... iceclouds. It has to be -80 to form them.. It is warmer than ever (since the time of the Dino's they think) here at sea level (12+ celcius !) but the temps at 25km are almost record low (-90 celcius).. Do not understand exactly how that works, as warm air should rise...

Atmosphere really fascinating !!!!!!
very beautiful
you could have a thermal inversion going on!
Wonderful caputre
Nice shot
I think it works by having two separate air currents. The lower air where you are cools off by the time it hits the 25 km mark, otherwise it would be cloudy and snowing. I'm just guessing though.
A very beautiful sky!
Mooie opname.
Gorgeous shot!!!
I'm sure it's all Gwen's fault somehow... ;)
