Description
Just a few of the lures Marcos and I use when we fish on the Eel River. I've been thinking about making some of them into earrings!!! (without the hooks!!)

I have always loved fishing lures; I think they'd look great on a Christmas tree, too!
yeah, you'd definitely wanna remove the hooks. I'd think (and I could be wrong) that one of the prerequisites of good jewelry is that it doesn't cause major 'puncture' wounds. But that's just a personal view...
In any case, another marilyn visual riot shot. packed with impacting shapes and sheens and hues and light. With strong shadow. And a real array that just jumps off the page. That branches in the background are perfect harmony with the lines of the lures. It's a terrific shot, and in zoom it really bursts out to us. Love this shot. They would make great jewelry. And christmas ornaments (as Denise suggests).
