Which makes this fountain was created, will always remain a mystery,
perhaps the sea was bored, or protested against the fact that they are not sufficiently respects the sea.
You never know, right?

a big, primal, beautiful deep-sea explosion, releasing fountains of gold, blue, red, orange and green "plumes," billowing-up from the center of the earth. It does feel like great energy bubbling up from under the sea. And you've made a beautiful tapestry. It's like 1000 silk scarves who gave up their designs, and thew them all into the sea; and this is the result. Beautiful floral patterns, beautiful paisleys. And a feeling of huge light and color. Quite beautiful and organic. This just proves what a master of fractals you are...
