fine job on the sky and clouds: You contrasted them beautifully. (Light vs. dark.) And the raindrops are falling in the same angles as the mermaid's hair---the image is well-harmonized. Beautiful blue-greens in the waves. And that ship in the background is a beautiful 'balance' to the mermaid, visually. Very well done, and you created real clarity, which isn't easy when there's rain and wind all around...
