Description
The Reno-Benteen Defense is located about five miles southeast of Custer's Last Stand . It was here where Reno's and Benteen's troops were trying to cross the Little Bighorn River and were killed by Indian snipers hidden in the ravines and bushes overlooking the river.There was no communication between Reno- Benteen and Custer.
