I am so sorry I haven't been around for quite some time but I fell off my horse again! I think I am getting too old to jump him. My balance is not what it used to be. This time I busted my right knee and can't walk or drive or sit with my knees bent, like in front of the PC. The pain is still pretty awful and its been two months. I had to go for an MRI scan of the knee so I will find out if I tore some ligaments. If I did I will need surgery and that will lay me off again. I'm not sure at this point if I can ever ride again, because you use your knees to ride. I'm also sick of getting hurt. The doctor said every rib in my body has been broken. I am 64, so I guess I had a long time to ride. 30 years or more. The girl with the riding outfit is my riding instructor, Tara. I had to use three generation of Vicky to get clothes to fit. V3 for the cast on the leg, M4 for the doctor, who is Greg by the way, and V4 for the nurse. Tara is G2 so I could find a riding habit for Vicky to wear. So many of the riding clothes are wrong. Nobody has worn puffy pants in 40 years, LOL! The helmets are always wrong, too. You'd think the vendors would look at a book. Well, I am going to try to catch up with your wonderful stuff tonight. Oh, Sherri! Oh' my goodness, my friend.... I hope you make a full recovery, and the pain eases soon... Maybe you should get a less stressful hobby..... Wrestling, perhaps? Sounds like show riding can be a tough sport, my friend.. :-P
Seriously, I hope you can at least keep riding for pleasure (with no jumping), and spending time with your beautiful horse.

Oh Sherrie, I'm so sorry to hear about your injuries and that you may have to give up riding. I do hope that you have a good Christmas and have a chance to heal up. Hopefully without the need for surgery.
