Quiet, joyful and intimate. I like that this is in a store, where perhaps the children are getting gifts...The room is quietly lit, and it's not over-crowded...it's a modest moment, and your details are beautiful. You have a few large gift boxes, those beautiful candles, tall jars containing candy, the beautiful old cash register, etc. You have 3 beautiful large containers on the far left too...sweet additions to your image. And two children playing, with one walking inside---again with your usual fine attention to clothing. The woman is like a singer, perhaps singing carols; and her dress is beautiful, and old fashioned. With a quiet street outside. Very thoughtfully done, Ute, with sensitivity to decor, costume, etc. I hope your Christmas preparations are full of love...
