Thanks! It’s a very shimmery material. It has a “saran wrap” kind of sheen to it.

Marvelous looking portrait!
WOW Gary ... What a marvelous character and her pose is really fantastic... I love her expression also... AWESOME creation my friend !
Thank you very much, Cyve.
Very nice. May I suggest, however, that Marilyn Monroe relished being admired and photographed? There would never have been even a trace of apprehension or hesitancy in her expression.
That's very true for Marilyn but not so much so for Normal Jean. This image was originally going to be titled 8-8-62 which was the date of Marilyn's funeral. This scene has Norma standing inside of a crypt. If you look closely to the right of her head, you should be able to make out the name of another famous suicide victim. That's why I didn't use the date for the title.
Wonderful job. I love Marilyn.
Wonderful tribute to her. You did a fine job recreating the brunette look. This is very heartfelt and touching. Great job.
Thank you very much. Norma Jean had “mouse-y brown” hair. That’s why I picked that shade. I'm glad that you picked up on that. Thanks, again!
stunning!!
yep she was something ...........and quite unlucky indeed.
Totally amazing!!!
Thank YOU, for creating such an amazing character!!!
