Description
Now in the Nationale 7 store a wonderfully detailed model of the 58 Chevy Impala by Eric and Alain.
This is a great companion to the 55 Oldsmobile also in the store, this one also has moving parts and the ability to add any 2 tone colour you please.
I also added the wheel rims from the N7 Wheels bundle in the store.
I'd like to dedicate this image to Alain, Eric and Danielle who have kept me going with their generosity and kindness in what is a very difficult time for me.
Thank you my dear friends.
Mike.

Absolutely beautiful, Mike. I had one in high school but it was the Biscayne (two tail lights on each side, not three). The body was more gun metal blue-grey in color. It was a piece of crap, just general transportation. Yours is superb.
Thanks Dave, I'd have that piece of crap any day of the week. I'm guessing the Biscayne was the base model, we once had a base model Ford Fiesta and that meant no headrests, radio, rear wash/wipe and a 950.cc motor. We toured France in it though :-)
wow!
Thanks.
I never liked the model when it was new, but grew to appreciate the design. had 57 and 55. superb render
I agree and as I was saying to Alain the 58 was at a disadvantage after the 55-57 models. I always like the 55 best, as much as I like the 57 the 55 looked more subtle.
Incredible detail in this model! The image looks so real I thought it was a photo.
Thank you, I'm working towards better realism and will hopefully get there.
Good to see you're keeping creative...hope you're looking after yourself at this difficult time....I've not posted much as I've been locked in The Plant wrapping presents for the 12 days of Christmas....keep an eye on ShareCG from 13th :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye .
Cheers Neil, keeping busy and on top of things and learning a whole new concept called housework. I'll keep an eye out for the Xmas treats :-)
Alain and Eric do a wonderful job with these autos..certainly brings back memories.
I glad it brings back happy memories for you, that's why I like to render classic cars.
A particularly superb render! I am not fan of this model but your render is wonderful! Happy to see that you are back! Of course, many people on RR are looking for your renders!!!
Thank you much for everything my friend.
The 57 model was a hard act to follow and the 58 probably struggled because of that. The 59 looked a lot more stylish too.
Wow ! The sky blue color looks great Mike ! Just gorgeous !
Thanks my friend :-)

I'll stick my 2/6 worth in mate coz I got an ebot.. Why suddenly? Needless to say top quality work Mike impressive car, huge about covers it I think.. Not exactly a Clio is it? Well done. Rob
Cheers mate, In 1990 I brought an Oldsmobile Cutlass and I had a bit of a problem parking that in our UK parking spaces :-)
Hello Mike, The models are good but your images are very beautiful. With my best thought. Eric.
Thank you my friend, this is only possible due to the skill of you and Alain :-)
A gorgeous scene!
Thank you.
I'm jumping around a bit .. out of sequence.. but hey, what an awesome render.. the best angle for me, for this version!
