Lol, beas62...a "Bonnie and Clyde" type of image, with a family that you wouldn't want to irritate or upset too much...You made it into an old "keepsake," like a painting we'd find in someone's attic: a painting that a family held onto for a long time...You postworked it for a 'glow', in fact it's almost like decoupage...A wonderful treatment, Ute, with great looking sinister folk, who look like they come from the Depression era...And the clothes are perfect for that era, and your style is as much cartooning as it is serious rendering. I love the car too---with that big bulldozer fender---and the intense sunset colors. Your images based on American folklore are a delight, and this is a great example of it. Great to see this style from you too.

Das ist ja eine nette kleine Gang. Ich glaube das sind die, die einem immer in der Küche, wenn man nicht aufpasst, Dinge aus der Hand schlagen. Dann fliegen Löffel und so in merkwürdigen Bögen durch die Luft, während man selbst zu sich sagt: Pass doch auf! Grins. Schönes Bild
