That's a lively beauty for your friend Bill, Helle. "Happy Birthday, Bill"!!!
Glorious! I love the warm colours and the vibrancy of the textures.
wow---Helle returns for a beautiful birthday image! How great to see you here! I love this piece. It's almost like stained glass...and the forms are all broken into dabs of light (like pointillism). We have your recognizable motifs---the bird, the leaves, the ornament---but this time, it's all articulated by tons of little color-bursts. It really feels like stained glass to me! I love it---and it's just right for Bill, ie: delightful, dancing, kind, radiant. Happy Birthday, Bill! And a great bursting dedi, Helle. And I hope your eyes are getting better each day!
Very cool birthday greetings!!!
A really beautiful piece of Helle-art, perfect in every way! Well done!
Oh-em-gee, Helle, you're back with us again after your lengthy eye-resting respite! You were sorely missed. Leave it to you, with your many talents, to offer such a luverly birthday dedication for Bill, who is now at the tender age of 75. This wonderful image has a stained glass contrasted against a bokeh countenance.
Wonderful dedication for Bill. Happy birthday Bill. God bless.
Thank you Helle! What a beautiful, serene piece. If Tara and I had our way, our house here in Texas would look like a "Helle Gallery" of fine art. Blue is my favorite color...how did you know? The bird, the leaves, the shapes, the colors, your artistic technique...all draw me right into this wonderful gift. Thanks again...
Beautiful! There is so much going on in a lovely, subtle way, that I keep looking at it again and thinking there is text that will become clear if I take another look. Then I realize what I'm seeing ... the lines and circles interacting with each other ... and realize there's no message other than good wishes for Bill! But it's quite engaging, and I've enjoyed sitting with it for a while. Lovely work!
Wonderfully done!!!
