I saw a variant of this the last time I went hunting. I decided that I could do better and this is the result. this is with the rain flap down.

I was fortunate when I went camping to use a natural rock ledge. looks very comfy

All I can think of is "If he stretches out his feet will be out side the tent." I'm not very adventurous but this seems like an extremely practical idea. The old tent we had took three men and a couple of kids to put up. A+ for creativity!

lol, GrandmaT (about your feet). So you created this? I know so little about camping, I'm a total dunce in this area. I assume you made this yourself. Well it looks very protective, so I assume it worked. The pic, because its back is facing us, makes it look like it's totally off limits to anyone but 'members'. I really like that angle---not exactly a welcome mat, lol. (I know, no one thinks about that when camping, but visually, I love that back end sticking its tongue out at us.) I like this shot, and I hope it works well for you!

This looks quite cozy, Mike! It kinda brings to mind the cable show about those really tiny houses.. But this looks perfect for a place to relax after a day in the woods.

Now all you have to do is cover the outside with thatching and you'll have a true camouflage hut, no one will ever know you're there!

Dear Lord! Oh Mike! You could have come and stayed with me! I have an extra bedroom and two bathrooms! Hell, ya' can even put the tent up in my yard if ya' want!

I got the itch to do some renders the other day and I could hardly believe how long it had been since I opened Poser. Oh my God. How can I have absolutely no life and always have so much to do??? LOL. Wow. Hope to see everyone much more frequently!
