When you move things a bit, you're essentially doing studio art, only outside. The result is another of your crystalline studies of the music of objects on concrete. With your signature early morning light, and that wonderful grain. You've brought sidewalks alive for a long time now, letting them interact with that bleaching light. And the leaves here are like a random gathering of people, where the leaves aren't really interacting with each other, but occupying their own worlds. It reminds me of street photography of similar configurations. I love how you spaced them, here, allowing their shadows to cast without impediment. You know, this series could make a terrific book, Harry: I'd be the first buyer; you've explored the music and rhythms of objects on concrete in picture after picture; and the intense light you've captured, and the different textures on the concrete, make for an amazing minimalist collection. Each piece is unique, and clean, and rich. I love it.
This Leaves Me Speechless!!! Excellent Shot!!! Each Shadow and it's Shape is So COOL!!!
You have a good eye to notice the surprisingly odd shadows that early or late sun can create. Well done, Harry.
Spectacular job manipulating their positions to get these unusual shapes from the simple leaf outlines. You're a magician!
