I have no doubt these are all from the same image: You've been doing these a long time, and you know your way around a montage as well as anyone...The original is billowy and beautiful, with a big animal-like cloud in the middle, standing proudly. With more of your deep blue skies. I wouldn't have guessed where you were going with this, before I looked...The second is a big underwater splurge, or like those reflections you get in glass bricks (which you used to photograph, btw, some of the first shots I ever saw of yours, and loved). Very deep blues, vivid whites, a vivid abstract all by itself. The third---this is new to me! A closeup of a denim pillow? I love the fabric feel, it's like a closeup of fabric art. With the whites embossed. Terrific. The fourth is an isobar study, of energy waves on a sonogram, something from a science lab---or a black and white shot of wood patterns. With images like these, you're allowing us glimpses into all the possibilities from one image. And fifth? I've never seen anything like this in your gallery before: You've atomized it into emerging balls---like Op Art of the '80s and '90's. I love the muted tones, and those very sharp spheres blowing out at us, with the mathematical patterns they create. Like a 3D jigsaw puzzle, made of ping-pong balls.
This is one of your most wildly divergent montages, and I guess if your clouds aren't giving any rain, they should at least give you art. Terrific, Harry, a real delight.
Usually I pick one that I like the best, but this time I pick all of them!! Excellent Work!!!
A lovely sky and fantastic variations. All of them look very interesting, but most I like the image at the bottom. Hard to believe that it was made from the upper photo.
Very creative variations, Harry! I'm sure I don't have anything that will make an image like that last one. It is wicked cool!
I'm gobsmacked, Harry; from the sky you've made water, fabric upholstery and chemistry--astonishing work!
Marvelous sky and very great manipulation !!!
