Just for fun, this photo with the title: "Little House on the Prairie".
When I looked at my last folder I found this picture, and was reminded of that old TV series, our kids absolutely loved it.
It was a few weeks ago that we discovered a small forest path that winding went down.
Then it turned out, we ended up on someone's country estate. But I saw this, and a little further, they made a very big pond.

What a unique sight to come upon while taking a walk. I can't help but be curious as to the reason for the little house and its two doors. Pump house for the pond? Well spotted and captured, Jacomina.
I'm curious about the hole in the wall; wonder what lives there? Love the leaves on the wooden table, what a lovely scene!

lol, andrea: I'm not sure I'd wanna feel inside that hole without first shouting "Helllooooooo!" A sight from a fairy tale. I love the table and benches, that little home, and the wonderful tree---or is it made of stone...and all covered with leaves; and those walls all around it---it looks like a private enclave. Beautiful little nook, and perfect for the season...

What a whimsical place you've found! I wonder about the purpose of the little house, and who lives in the hole, and who eats their lunch here, and what kind of trees are nearby that dropped their leaves! Of course I can live just fine without knowing, but still ... it's an enchanting place!
